Terms
These terms apply to Keel during early access.
Who provides Keel
Tarek Sadi, Kopischstr. 1, 10965 Berlin, Germany · hello@tarek-sadi.com
What Keel is
Keel is a business manager you reach by text. With your permission it reads your email and calendar, proposes jobs it can take care of, and works on the ones you accept, for example following up on late invoices or keeping track of client feedback.
Early access
Keel is free during early access. It is new and will sometimes get things wrong, so please check what it proposes. Features may change, and we may pause or end early access at any time. We'll tell you before we start charging for anything, and nothing becomes paid without you agreeing to it.
You stay in control
Keel doesn't send messages to other people without your approval. You are responsible for the messages you approve and for having the right to share the information you connect. You can stop using Keel at any time by telling it to stop or emailing us, and ask us to delete your data.
Fair use
Don't use Keel for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to harass anyone. We may suspend access if Keel is misused.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract.
Law
German law applies. If you are a consumer, this doesn't take away the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live. We are not obliged or willing to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
